Refund & Exchange Policy

At AKBAY, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We carefully inspect each item before it is shipped to ensure that you receive your order in excellent condition.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, including choosing the wrong color, design, size, or simply deciding that the product is no longer wanted. We encourage customers to carefully review the product details, dimensions, colors, and features before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@akbay.ph as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos showing the damage or incorrect item

• Photos of the packaging, when applicable

Our team will review your concern and provide the appropriate resolution.

Exchange for a Different Design

If you wish to exchange your purchased item for a different AKBAY design, we may accommodate the exchange provided that the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• The product must not show any signs of use, damage, washing, alteration, or modification.

• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item to AKBAY.

• The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.
• Any price difference between the original and replacement product, if applicable, must be settled before the exchange is processed.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the exchange requirements. Exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has passed inspection.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email us at info@akbay.ph with your order number and the design you would like to exchange your item for. Our team will provide the return instructions and guide you through the exchange process.

Please do not send any item back to us without first contacting our customer service team.

AKBAY reserves the right to decline an exchange if the returned product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
