I bought this last week. The item shipped immediately. Super love the shade of red. The size is perfect, it is not too big but can fit a lot of stuff. The design can easily go from casual to smart. I splashed water on it, and while the outer material absorbed the water, it did not seep through the inner lining of the bag. Yey!! A bag for the rainy days... My only worry is that the top portion that holds the 2 straps when you wear it as a backpack may not be too sturdy. Hopefully it will not break or tear easily. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. I might get the brown one.
I so love my Akbay Ching bag! I was telling my colleagues that I now go for functionality more than luxury. This bag can hold all my things together, unlike before when I had to carry two separate bags. Aside from this, I just love its uniqueness. It definitely displays Filipino ingenuity!

The color is lovely.
It can stand, which means I can use the bag to cover my face when I am sleeping in public (while travelling.
It has enough space for my stuff and its easy to reach for stuff.
It can be worn as a backpack or a tote.
I'm a little worried with the backpack design especially the upper part that gets most of the tension, but the bag seems strong enough.
